Soldier Modernisation Programmes

In the document below an overview has been presented of the Soldier Modernization Programs that are currently known. When players recruit new troops, the basic gear and equipment of these units will be based upon the current standard of the nation's forces. In general this will mean that Western soldiers will get access to modern equipment and gear, while most other units only get access to basic equipment and gear. The below listed document gives a general indication of the status of the various programs and can be used by players to work with IG.
